Yes. One time submission of My Number is required. For more details click here.
2Is there a limit on the remittance amount? What is the maximum amount of remittance?
You can send up to maximum of Jpy1,000,000 per remittance, subject for review of the Compliance Section. We may require documents as needed.
3How much is the limit for Cash Pick Up transaction?
Philippines Pick Up ML/Palawan/LBC - up to Php150,000
Philippines Pick Up Cebuana - up to Php50,000 only
Philippines Bank Pick Up - up to JPY1,000,000
Indonesia - up to JPY1,000,000
Nepal - up to JPY1,000,000
Vietnam - up to JPY1,000,000
4How much is the limit for Credit to Account transaction?
JPY1,000,000 as long as your beneficiary's account has no monthly credit limit (e.g G-Cash Philippines).
5How long does it take for the money to be credited to the beneficiary's bank account?
Philippines - Php50,000 and below 30minutes to same day / More than Php50,000 within 24hours
India - within 30minutes
Indonesia - within 30minutes
Nepal - within 30minutes
Vietnam - within 30minutes
6How much is the remittance fee?

7How many beneficiaries can I register?
*Maximum of 20 beneficiaries. If you need to add more, contact us for assistance.
8I would like to delete a beneficiary, is it possible?
Yes. Kindly please contact us for more details.
9Can I send money to a Company/Corporate/Institution account?
Yes. Complete bank account details are needed.
10(Philippines Only) Can I pay my SSS / Pag-Ibig / Philhealth? What are the needed details?
Yes, both contribution and loan. But you can only pay for your own account. Details needed are as follows:
- SSS / Pag-Ibig / Philhealth Name
- SSS / Pag-Ibig / Philhealth Number
- Contribution or loan payment amount
11Can I pay over the counter using other currency?
Yen and US Dollar are the only currency we accept over-the-counter. For bank transfer, we only have Yen Account.
